Saturday, October 13 the Willard Middle School cross country team traveled to Tiffin for their last meet of the season, SBC championships. The middle school boys had a great outcome, despite the cold weather. The boys had four runners in the top fourteen of their division. The top four were the following: Ivann Salas, Sixtos Gonzalez, Will Gates, and Grant Adams The top four runner did great, for a second place win.
That same Saturday, the Willard Middle School girls had to go through a just as cold race. The ladies packed up really well and did an awesome job. Unfortunately, the girls did not succeed as well as the boys, resulting in a 5th place victory for their division.
